Questions about the gift box
Everything you want to know before you start.
How does the offer work?
You choose 3 pairs and the 4th pair is free. You pay for the luxury sliding box on top. The discount is applied automatically in your bag, no code needed.
Can I order more than one box?
Yes. Add your first box to your bag, then build the next one. Every box gets its own free 4th pair.
Which size should I choose?
All 4 pairs in a box are the same size. Choose the size that matches the shoe size of the person you are giving it to. For two people with different sizes, build two boxes.
What if a pair doesn't fit?
You can return or exchange it free of charge within 30 days.
Can I combine the offer with a discount code?
Discount codes do not stack on top of the gift box offer; you automatically get whichever is better.
Are these the same socks as the single pairs?
Yes, exactly the same: 80% organic cotton, 100% seamless, reinforced heel and toe and a 1-year guarantee against holes.
