Three spooky masterpieces in one set

A scream at sunset, a smoking skull and two Egyptian gods keeping watch over the dead. Three artworks with a dark edge, just in time for Halloween.

Edvard Munch painted The Scream in 1893, inspired by a walk at sunset. Vincent van Gogh painted his Skull of a Skeleton with Burning Cigarette as a student in Antwerp, probably as a joke aimed at his teachers. And on the coffin of Peftjauneith, a temple administrator who lived in Egypt around 650 BC, Duamutef with the head of a jackal and Qebehsenuef with the head of a falcon watch over the entrails of the deceased. We made that design together with the Rijksmuseum van Oudheden in Leiden.

The patterns are knitted in, not printed: the colours are part of the sock itself. 80% organic cotton, 15% polyamide and 5% elastane.
